I will always be disappointed that this DIDN’T happen

I was in the midst of a freakout, and there was a sudden disconnect in my head from everything, and now I don’t feel much of anything. Should I be worried?

Starting to get the usual nighttime sads, which I guess is to be expected after the brief anxiety today. Time to throw myself in the shower and hope I can wash away some of this mood
